Midland Cleaning Services (UK) Ltd has a vast amount of  experienced at builders and sparkle cleans at new and refitted shops, offices and industrial units.  

We offer 2 ways to quote and charge.  We can either quote as per job or we offer a per hour rate.

Per Hour Rate

0 -10 Hours charged at £20 per hour
11 -40 Hours charged at £15 per hour
41 - 100 Hours charged at £12 per hour
100+ Hours charged at £10 per hour

Minimum charge of £50
Charge includes cleaning materials and machinery
Travelling to and from job charged at £10 per hour

Saturday and after 10pm Monday to Friday is time and half
Sunday is double time
